Discoveries in daily living

There is so much to be grateful for. Because of the urgency of many things we miss living in the moment. I have chosen to say YES to life. Yes to God's purpose for my very existence. This is it, this is all I have, the moment I live right now, not yesterday, not tomorrow. Hello world and hello today, the very place and time My Creator has set me in. It's fascinating to see how many things were missed in the rush of accomplishments and urgencies.

Intention

Live every moment with intention. Be aware of why you are doing everything thing that you do. Know the purpose, have a mission of being constantly awake. Know why you dont want to be around a crowd at times, notice the intend to protect energy. Notice why you suddenly need interaction with others, notice the intent to share energy when you are fulfilled. There is a reason being "I just don't feel like" or "I feel the need for" these are a reflection of our deepest conscious awareness. Sit and watch your emotions, make friends with them, know your deepest desires. Know when energy need to be reserved or shared. BALANCE is the key to maintaining healthy energy levels. Become aware of those people that drain you or those situations that leave you empty. Also be aware of those that feed and refuel you. Meditation contributes to the awareness of energy and desires and intentions. Just 10 minutes a day can get you in touch with your true self and deepest desires. Meditation eliminates unnecessary panic and anxiety and unnecessary urgencies. Know yourself, know the difference between your thoughts and the thoughts passed down by other people's beliefs. So often, we are holding on the thought patterns that do not serve or align with our true beliefs. Practice mediation consistently to distract fear from taking hold of your thoughts. Fear cannot live where peace resides :)
